This card is used to add digital station (DS) extension ports to an IP500 V2 control unit. It provides 8 RJ45 DS extension ports for use with supported Avaya DS digital telephones. A further 4 RJ45 ports are provided for trunk connections when an IP500 trunk daughter card is fitted to this card.
